We have had nothing but a wonderful experience dealing with Ms. Diaz, the Property Manager from A through Z. She has been professional, efficient, responsive and extremely helpful. Additionally, the facilities are clean, well kept and updated. We signed a lease because everything was just perfect! Great place.

I love my apartment layout and the view! I just recently moved in, and I am so happy I chose Gables 37 Grand. The move-in process was really easy and smooth, too. Plus the manager Jovanna is very pleasant, and was helpful during the process. Also, the resident parties and the amenities; even the snacks in the gym, are pretty awesome.

Is it me ? Or has the atmosphere at Gables 37 Grand changed since the departure of Paul ? Same group of people congregating pool side smoking weed with multiple outside guests. Not comfortable at all. I hope the new PM can make this place feel like home again. Staff remains amazing.

Gables 37 Grand is a very harmonious place to live in, from the area it is in to the residents and the staff. They are very involved in everything and whenever a problem comes up they are very swift to get it fixed. Gables 37 Grand is a COMMUNITY rather than an apartment building. Apartment units are very modern and renovated with beautiful flooring and upgraded kitchens, the pricing is very reasonable for the luxurious quality of living.
