I've lived here for almost 8 years and I'm so happy I chose this community. The staff here work really hard and it shows. It's like living on a resort, the pool has a huge waterfall, the views of the sunset/ sunrise are breathtaking and it's a dog friendly community. I live in the Versailles building so I can only speak for the Versailles but I have no plans of moving out. My only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner. Not to mention there is a food store in the complex that serves breakfast and sells all the essentials, which comes in so handy.

They refuse to listen to their tenants or care about them. There is no sanitation, despite supposedly "fumigating" the place is filled with insects of all kinds, there is MOLD in rooms and they refuse to remove it or do anything about it despite people actively getting sick. Worst place to pay to live in.

Unsanitary, there is constantly debris and insects in the hallways and there is actual mold in the ceiling. When contacted about the mold they claimed to have removed it but lied as it is still present and causing health issues for paying residents. There is barely any parking, residents will get tickets for parking because there was no proper planning for parking and the paperwork takes forever. The elevators barely work, it is constantly loud and you can loudly hear and even feel the upstairs neighbors opening their balconies. They bribe people for good interviews and don't care whatsoever for their residents despite the rent price.

These Luxury Apartments are very multi-cultural. They have family event’s- Which we really loved ❤️ and enjoyed! 🎃👏. My husband dressed up and the local community 🧒children loved him. The staff doesn’t discriminate☮️ ✌️At all! ❤️The staff is extremely over the top professional!💼 I have & would recommend them🥇. We’ve been super happy & blessed since the first day we walk into the office doors of ”The Fontainebleau Milton Luxury Apartment’s”. Since belonging here our neighbors 🙋‍♀️🙋on our floor has come to welcome 🙏 my family 👨‍👩‍👦to the building 🏢.
