We moved in here over 2 years ago. I'd say our experience has not been the worst - the staff who work here (maintenance, leasing agents, and concierge) all do their very best - Catrina, Natalie, Ralph, Raphael, etc. all work their tails off to support this community. However, the lack of security in this building has become extremely unsettling. AIMCO management almost purposely cuts costs in the areas where they need it. Instead of having janitors mop the lobby every 30 minutes, not sure why they haven't considered hiring a security guard. They got rid of the front desk so now people from the streets can wander in and out as they please because no one realizes we have staff that work here. Last week, there was an ambulance that arrived at 7 am on a Saturday. I happened to be walking my dog. The ambulance could not get up to the unit, because there was no concierge to be found. They did not have the elevator code, the key they need to use the elevators wasn't working. A RESIDENT of this community had to let up FIRST RESPONDERS. Sure, they attempted increased security in the form of door codes for each guest. Doesn't help if there is one code that also works on every door, every floor, every elevator..that's given out like free candy :) From stabbings to shootings, to the lack of concierge 50% of the time at the most dangerous hours of the night (no one is here past midnight that I have EVER seen). Having no front desk, free access to elevators, constant AirBnB guests who are clearly overlooked. The numerous break-ins and car thefts. The fact we pay extra for our parking spots, a gated garage, amenities yet we can't even have stable security, security cameras on each garage floor, in hallways and entry ways? We have had grown adults running up and down hallways checking for open doors, banging on doors at midnight to see if people would answer. People having bowel movements in our pool and no sanitation done. No consequences to loud noises, parties. Amenities are great - I will say that is one thing I love about this building. However, people from the streets come in to run their personal training businesses in our gym, random people off the street come in to use our pool. They say to contact management any time there is a concern. I have yet to see anything done by a single complaint I have given. It's unfortunate - we really love the people here. We love the amenities. We have plans to renew our lease. However, our safety is at risk and no one seems to care. Something needs to change.

I was so excited to live in this building at the start. My remodeled apartment is very nice, the park in front is beautiful (except for the occasional homeless person), there are outdoor activities, the amenities are good, and it’s dog friendly. But none of that matters if you can’t sleep because you have neighbors on both sides who throw wild parties whenever they feel like it and know that there will be no consequences. I’ve complained, but the concierge and leasing agents (most of whom are extremely nice and friendly) are limited in terms of what they can do. So, unfortunately, I gotta move.

I want to thank all the staff members from Bay Parc Plaza, specially Camila Pelaez, the manager, who always responds on time and takes care of everybody in that huge building even though she has to deal with so much at the same time. She is so diligent, always trying to solve, so helpful and makes sure the residents requests are solved. I always see her working, going around the building making sure the residents needs are being taken cared off. She has been of great help!

5/5 stars hands down. The amenities at this community are top notch, the apartment is gorgeous, and the location is in perfect distance to anywhere you'd want to go in Miami. However, the best part of this community are the staff. Specifically Ciara and Maidel. They have been incredibly responsive, helpful, and attentive to anything that has come up with my apartment & lease. I've always believed that landlords are evil, but the staff at Bay Parc are nothing short of incredible. By far the best living experience I've had thus far and appreciate the community for everything they've done.
