I have been living in Miami Stadium Apartments since 2004. I call it the Oasis of Allaphattah, because for those of you who are complaining... lets be real... it's Allaphattah! literally 2 minutes away from Overtown. If you are looking for 5 star, high quality living... go pay Coral Gables or Aventura rent. This community complex is well taken care of and requires strong attitude management to continue to maintain. Again I stress the fact that this is Allaphattah... people will destroy this place if we didn't have strong attitude in the front office. I have never had a problem with getting maintenance to come fix something in the apartment, they have always came within 48hrs. Access to the pool was unsatisfactory up until the last year, maybe two. Now my kids are able to enjoy it after school for a few hours and on the weekends. Gates were another issue that was also recently fixed. I have no complains. You cant get better then this for the price!

Horrible place! It's like living in a prison. Nothing can be in you balcony, not even a bike! There's a playground and a volleyball court but for nothing because children are not allowed to play outside! Yes, there's a pool but it's only open when ever they feel like it which is like once a year! The parking is also horrible! Everyone has they're own but when someone parks in your spot, the tow trucks never get there! I once parked on the side for 10 minutes because someone was in my spot, and I got my car towed! AND I LIVED THERE! Finally, I was told that my lease was about to expire so I decided to tell them that I was going to move. Waited until it was close to expire to finally looked for another apartment. When I found one, I let them know and then they tell me that I still have 4 months left?!! But I was just so tired of that place that I didn't even care that it would reflect on my credit! On moving day, I left my apartment really nice, and cleaned up with new paint, floors and stove tops (BECAUSE THEY NEVER FIXED IT WHEN I NEEDED FIXED!) and they still had the nerve to tell me that I owed them money! I get mad just passing by that place! Ungrateful people, horrible and bitchy (sorry for the language) front desk ladies. Just the worst! Don't live here!
