I don't know how anyone can ever get tired of eating here. The food tastes delicious and the variety is plenty. The only downside are the dimly lit lights.

We came for brunch on Sunday and it was so great! We have never had a bad experience at a cheesecake factory, but this was our first time here for brunch. The breakfast burrito 🌯 was delicious and the Monte Cristo was great as well. The home fries were perfectly crispy. The peach 🍑 Bellini was straight perfection! The Carmel macchiato ☕ was super sweet. Obviously the cheesecake factory never disappoints.

Located I'm Clarendon so there's some street parking snd somewhere parking garages around. I had called ahead to order ab10 inch cheesecake and a Happy Birthday chocolate plaque to pick up. Thay interaction was a little strange as she asked me if I wanted my sour cream for the cheesecake on top or on the side. I thought she had meant whipped crean but she insisted it was sour cream and then also forgot to take my name until I mentioned if she needed addition information for me to pick it up. We came here for dinner and sat down in addition to picking up the cake. The dinner was great and service was amazing. I ordered a skinny mojito and my boyfriend ordered the Bourbon and Honey. Both were great. For our appetizers, we ordered the Korean Fried Cauliflower and the Chicken Taquitos. The Cauliflower was really good but took some time to make. I ordered the taquitos probably 15 min after when we were putting in our entrees and it still came out first. It was airtight, good flavor but actually a little cold inside. For dinner I ordered the Grilled Steak Medallions and my boyfriend ordered the Truffle Honey Chicken. The steak Medallions were good. They were well cooked and the mashed potatoes and shiitake mushrooms were good too. The truffle Honey chicken was a little disappointing. Not too much flavor but it was a decent fried chicken. Service was great. Our server was attentive and helped us grab the cheesecake that we ordered. It did come with sour cream which to me is still very strange.

I had the Cajun Jambalaya and it was delicious. I didn't know what to expect but glad I choose it because I always order the Meatball and Spaghetti. Went back again tonight Desmond did a wonderful job.

Yes I agree the customer services had gone down since years ago the waiters aren't as pleasant. The girl we had was terrible we sat near the bar side, she never checked on us, very rude and forgot our appetizers. Won't be going back to this one in VA
Be mindful of how busy they are. Sometimes the amount of Togo orders can effect the wait. Remember cheesecake factory is not fast food. Every order is made fresh. If you send your food back unfortunately you will wait. Food here is always better early in the night
I would suggest you calling to let them know about a large party like that
Yes
Weekdays between 4-6 is Happy Hour but participation is based on each locations choice. Call the location you are interested in visiting for their specific offerings. Here's a great article from a former server to give you some additional ideas on how to save at The Cheesecake Factory. :-) Enjoy! You won't be disappointed. http://amp.timeinc.net/time/money/5210321/cheesecake-factory-money-save
Thank you for your question, Nancy! Self-parking is available in the lot diagonally across from Harry's Tap Room.
No, but there is public parking caddy corner across the street. And, the parking price is reasonable at only two to three dollars once the parking ticket is validated at the Cheesecake Factory
