Yes I agree the customer services had gone down since years ago the waiters aren't as pleasant. The girl we had was terrible we sat near the bar side, she never checked on us, very rude and forgot our appetizers. Won't be going back to this one in VA

The quality went down 6 years ago and we haven't been since.
My food was AMAZING but, it took a moment for a server to claim my table. When he did show up he was a 4 out of 5 ☆. So, I had a good experience. I'm super picky and tip soley based on service. If my food is ever jacked up...it wasn't the servers fault.
