In Feb. 2022, I went for a quick wash to get garage roof leaked materials off of the paint. The attendant tried to get me to buy their plan for unlimited washes each month for $24.99 a month. I said no, just a quick one-time wash. He persisted until finally he said just this once, for the rest of this month, to which I reluctantly agreed....for ONE MONTH. I signed nothing, I was given a receipt, and went through the wash. When I left, I realized the stains were still on the hood of my car and down the drivers side. It was also a very scary car wash, as they had trouble aligning my wheels in the track. So, I never went back, nor do I intend to ever recommend them to anyone. So, I have just realized that ever since February, they have auto-debited my bank account $24.99 for the last five months, and to "test" if they would get away with an unauthorized debit to my account, they debited 1 cent...One cent...to make sure it would go through, then proceeded to charge each month until I just caught the scam. This is the worst, they are the worst kind of bait and switch artists I've ever encountered. I have reported them to numerous regulatory agencies, and alerted Wells Fargo as to their scam. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE.

Don't waste your $25 (!!!) at this car wash! Sadly, my car looks about the same as it did before I went through "the wash". Perhaps the soap is of poor quality? Or could it be the water? Or could it just be the entire system is outdated? I would rather drive out of my way by 20 mins. And go to the car wash in Vienna and spend $14 plus have cloths provided and as much time and space as I need to clean my car. Unlike at this wash where I was asked to move my car to the "towel zone". What a joke. Again--find a different car wash if you want it done right. PS--$25 is the basic wash. What a rip off!

Worst so-called carwash I ever been subjected to. (totally destroyed driverside mirror and claimed no responsibilty-- False) Totally tacky equipment and operation. Deceptive bait and switch pricing after in queue at point of no return, the only available price was $25 (can't backout so $25 vs. alleged $10 wash) Wheels had same dirt I arrived with "literally", dirt remained across trunk, front end and lower door panels--water never touched these areas. Water spots on upper doors and hood. Terrible flippant customer service attidude and simply not honest. Not sure why locals would continue to patronize except its simply an accepted norm.
