Working farm with ancient history of super wealthy taking and giving back in philanthropy, and conservation, cows and sheep to visit. You can walk through the home which is interesting. It starts with a 15 minute film which was professionally done. Overall good but a little pricey.

The museum has a lot of exhibits perfect for children. There is a bathroom and water filling station. There is a park ranger who is very helpful. The trails nearby are easy to moderate and well marked.

This is set on a beautiful piece of land. The museum is very well done with interesting displays and plenty of information to accompany the displays. You can also go to the barn to see the cows. Another smaller area has the small animals and the horses are outside. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the animals and their young. We had a fun and interesting visit. Definitely recommend.

Nice place to visit with kids! Plenty of parking. You can cover museum that will take you back in time, Farm with Animals, Apple trees, etc. anyone can spend about 2+hrs here. There is shop inside to buy ice creams, coffee, donuts … few kids activities as well. No complaints 👍🏻

I don't think they do.

I just visited your wonderful museum last Thursday. It's a very special place. However, I do know a little about chickens and was dismayed to see the large group of chickens, in the first barn with bald spots on their backs. What was the cause?

Susan Gray | Nov 6, 2021

This usually happens during mating. The roosters will mount the hens and sometimes cause feathers to be plucked from the hen's backs. I have some chickens myself and have also seen this happening first hand.
