If this was a rating based only on customer service I would give 5 stars. So friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the product doesn't match. Tastes like it came from being frozen the flavors didn't blend very well. Especially their yeast donuts were especially bad. Chocolate cake donut tasted like freezer burn.
