I went for minor surgery and everyone was amazing. I had a bad experience somewhere else so I decided to get a second opinion and couldn’t be happier. I truly felt cared for and everyone was so great during my experience. I’d highly recommend.

I never write reviews. Never. One persons pain is def not the same as someone else.People make trips to the ER for different reasons, hard to get a clear review of the operation. I broke three ribs on Saturday, July 2, and by July 4 I wasn't better, I knew i had to do it. Nothing was open, I had to do it, so I went to the ER in Needham. They were SORT of of Ok medically, but the bedside manner was sorely lacking. Compassion, didn't see much, towards me or other patients. They were hard. The Attending Doc, was determined I sign out AMA. She wanted me, by ambulance, get a ride to BIDMC in Boston and be admitted. ( ambulance to Boston from Needham? I had a heart attack just thinking of $$$$) which I felt was just too mitigate their liability. I did NOT need to be admitted.(PCP agrees with me) The Attending, needed an Xray and a CT to determine a rib fracture. Yes, diagnostic tests are needed, but why start with an Xray, which sometimes doesn't pick up fractures of a rib. I even know that. Why do more tests and tests and tests. Now I'm out of lunch money. They are understaffed. Employees are worked hard, morale suffers. Holidays trips to ER are always a dicey, but If I knew what I was getting myself into I would've made a better choice for my care. Dragged my butt to Boston, if I could, or somewhere else. Leadership?

I went in thoroughly expecting a long and crummy ER visit and while I did have to be there for about 4 hours I had nurses checking on me the whole time. Every staff member I interacted with was so kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. I walked out feeling so much better!

I’m not one for reviews but lately customer service has gone down the drains! I recently had to have my appendix out (an emergency) went to the hospital wasn’t even there 12 hours from start to finish. Started receiving my bills (have Bcbs) fine. Called the hospital wasn’t expecting to have such high balances. I asked to make a payment plan within reason, was denied because it wasn’t what they calculated for a payment plan! I’m willing to pay but they said they can’t accept it and after 120 days even if I pay xyz they will send it to collections since it’s not the amount they came up with! Well a payment plan is to help with high balances and denying it to someone who’s insurance just paid thousands of dollars for all the extras they charge is absolutely disgusting! Customer service wasn’t willing to budge! Great customer care just as great as most of your nurses bedside manor that day!! The Dr. Was truly amazing but that was it!!

Yes, Neurocare Sleep Center https://www.neurocareinc.com/ BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT USE THEM. They were extremely unprofessional (kept asking me to change my appointment date; sent patient packet with wrong address, phone number, and check in process; took over 2 hours for them to check me in and get me set up).
