If I could give them zero stars I would. I’m normally not one to complain but working in customer service I know a thing or two. When I first walked in, No one greeted me. No one asked if they could help me find anything. Found my shoes I wanted to get. Brought them up to the counter, waited 5 minutes and no one came to check me out. Take in mind they were just up there checking someone else out. So I got tired of waiting and went to put my shoes back. While leaving an employee conveniently comes back inside while I’m leaving. No have a nice day. Nothing. I’ve worked for shoe dept before (which is practically the same store different name/same company) and never treated a customer like this. I will not be going back.

I went to look at a certain type of shoe and I love the selection that they have but the employee who was working was very rude and would not help me in any way at all. She only told me that everything that they had was already out on the floor. Bad attitude. Not likely to go back to this store again and I definitely will not recommend it.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
