I've visited this church several times while visiting from out of town. I'm always made to feel very welcome by this friendly, warm community in of believers. The music is traditional hymns, mixed with some more contemporary music, but the acoustic guitar and violin instrumentation make the hymns inviting and personal to me, and would also make the contemporary songs more comfortable for people who don't enjoy the full rock band approach to worship. The theology of the sermons is sound and Bible-based, but also accessible and visitor friendly. Thus church has a healthy community outreach, seeking to serve the less fortunate in the neighborhood.
