For the record...i have a history with these guys that started out a little rocky due to a miscommunication. lol. But i continued to do business with them and am very happy that i did. These guys have definitely proven to me that they are of the most genuine and trustworthy businesses in Roanoke Rapids. They are really patient, respectful and helpful to all of their customers...and i appreciate that. You guys have def earned back my respect! 😉👍🏽

The employees were very rude and disrespectful. I came in to inquire about some rare coins that I had been collecting for some years now. After about 10 minutes of asking questions about my coins and trying to gain more information about the rarity and value of them, 1 male employee came from another section of the store and started telling the employees that he would not be taking the time out to help me because of the type of questions I was asking. He was very rude and used foul language with me that I do not particularly appreciate. After that incident I continued to talk to another employee about my coins. When another male employee came from the back and told me to get out! He also used vulgar language when speaking to me, which I did not reciprocate with any of the employees. He also stated that he would call the police if I did not leave, which was very astonishing to me considering that I only entered the establishment to understand the value of my coins and to possibly sell them. This establishments’ staff is is not what I would expect with the quality of inventory that they have. I calmly collected my coins and proceeded to leave. When I went to open the door to leave the establishment. Another employee told me to “leave, have a great day and never come back” I will never step foot back in this place again!!! Big Time Pawn is more like a Big Waste of Time. I highly recommend that you do not waste your time as I did mine, and if you do I wish you more success than me.

Upon entry I was greeted in a friendly way and directed to the items I wanted to look at. Assisted by a sales person after a few minutes. She took a long time showing me various items. Came back there next day and made my purchase to take home to PA. If that's was a higher rating, I would give it to them.
