On the morning of March 18, we awoke to water in our house. We called our insurance agent, and at our request, she contacted Servpro of Roanoke Rapids and they arrived in the afternoon. We cannot say enough nice things about the entire team who responded to our dilemma. Stephen Phillips and his crew helped put us at ease as they did their amazing job. We were both so impressed with everything they did to help our overwhelming situation. Our sincere thanks to Stephen, Shane, Dylan, Austin, Julio, Eric and others I did not get names for. We will continue to share our praises about your service to anyone who will listen.

We had a broken pipe which caused water damage. We called our insurance company and we called ServePro as we heard they could remediate the damage. Initially they were fast, responsive and professional. They dropped off large dehumidifiers and air purification equipment quickly. They also tested for mold and other issues very quickly. We appreciated that. They they left the equipment and didn’t check back in with us. At one point we had a delay that was challenging. When we got restarted they went above and beyond to provide friendly service. They also were very helpful in referring other providers.
