Wow! Where to begin? I went to this store to make a return. The girl, Rihannon, at the desk was talking to a young boy (a kid) and joking with him and I was next in line for a return. She called me up to the desk by saying "hi! How can I help you?" And smiling and making eye contact. So I walked up and set my return down on the counter and said "I have a return" I was also smiling and was being friendly. Rhiannon then says to me, straight faced "FIRST OF ALL, HE (pointing to the little boy) is a customer! And he was here first!" I was too stunned to speak. She called me up to the counter then yells at me for interrupting her? Like....what? Then she said "I will need to call a manager to process this. Wait." Not "please wait" she just said "wait." I was like oofta, that's rough. So the manager calls me over and I'm thinking she might be a decent human. NOPE. She processes the return and starts to give me a merchandise credit. I POLITELY asked this woman if I could have my cash back instead as I would have made no purchase the day before if I had known it was merchandise credit only (a girl needs her gas money am I right?). I'm typically overly nice to employees as I used to work retail and I know it gets rough. This woman (Diana I think?) says "This has been our store policy since like 2021 so that's it" and hands me the merchandise credit and walks away. I'm stood there like "........" I don't know what I did to these people but apparently it was enough for the employees to throw full blown tantrums at me. Keep in mind I came in solely for the return and spent about 5 total minutes in this place. Moral of the story, don't shop here and if you do, expect to get treated like a trash human and expect merchandise credit.

I went in today after work and they had purple tags %50 and green tags %30 and the cashier didn’t give me the discount for the tags and I ended up spending more than I thought for 10items!! When I checked the bag I only had 8 items.

The pros….. clean, organized The cons….. selection very minimal on anything besides clothing. Electronics beat and battered. Stationary where?

Actually for the past 3 years it has been very very clean in the bathrooms. Stop b**ching about such a small petty part of the life you live. Worry about you. Have you ever noticed how busy they always are? ;don't spread rumors the bathrooms are disgusting because they have bad days as well. I'm sure your bathroom is spotless huh? No pee around the good Ole porcelain God? Stop complaining move on and get a life. For real ...
We do generally accept furniture items as long as they are in good, usable, resalable as-is condition and not in need of repair. However, at this time, many of our locations are receiving high volumes of furniture items and we do have space constraints. If on a given day, a store has reached its capacity of donated items, for safety reasons we may have to turn large items away. We appreciate that this could be an inconvenience and apologize for any frustration this may cause. We are not able to do home pick ups at this time. We realize this may not be as convenient as we prefer our services to be. We ask for your understanding if a site is unable to take an item upon arrival. Please know we are deeply grateful for the donations we receive and appreciate your generosity!
Currently Goodwill stores accept donations from 10am to 2pm daily.
