Do not visit this location this doctor's got some ego and his approach is very aggressive. Talked bad about other doctors at other locations and basically wouldn't treat me unless I signed up for a membership. Very sad to see that's the customer service level this place provides.

My first time at this location and I am very happy I found Dr Kerry. He did a thoroughly wonderful session with me. He is a very skilled and dedicated doctor.

If I could give no stars I would. I cancelled my membership with this office and I turned in my cancellation form live in person. When I was charged the following month I was told that my cancellation form was lost and now they needed a new one. I then submitted it electronically and I was very nice about it despite having to have a 2nd refund that takes over a week due to “I.T. issues” Now today I am charged again for the third time. I have written to the corporate office and it just seems that this office is very disorganized and for all of this trouble I never wish I went there. I would highly recommend going elsewhere .

I'm only giving one star due to the system not allowing me to give no stars. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL HURT YOU, THEN CALL YOU A LIAR. I was hurt my one time going there and on my way out they have me sign what they said was a waiver. After receiving a few charges from them months later, I requested a refund do to me not going there. I was told to call a number that went straight to voicemail, then told to email them, then told they will call me back. I was never reached out to. So I called again, this time I was told they had no manager in. After saying I don't want to go to court, "Eugene" then takes the phone saying they are management. They then call me a liar and want me to prove I have autism. They then decided they are not going to give me a refund. All in all, they are terrible people and I will not rest until everyone knows this.
