Went in and asked employees if they could look up the size of socket needed for my wheel hub. I was ridiculed in front of other employees and customers, by being told that I'd have to look it up on Google like everyone else. I walked out of the store and called another AutoZone to ask the same question, and was asked for which type of vehicle. While he was looking it up, I walked back into the store while on speakerphone so the employee could hear what customer service sounds like as well as what I believe what AutoZone expects of their employees. He didn't really care, but hey, if they don't mind paying him to do nothing, I know that I'll never have to deal with him.

I like this store cuz you can get whatever you need there for your vehicle however I think they need to do a little bit of improvement on the landscaping outside of the store seeing that it's right on Colfax
