Unfortunately, my last experience with ARCPoint was very bad considering that I have been using their services since 12/30/2020 (test number 9433) . On 03/09 and my test was positive at ARCPoints for the trip to Portugal on 03/10, before this result I did 2 other tests, which were negative, as well as the test I did in Portugal when I returned. When informing ARCPoints about what happened, he returned regretting what happened and saying that the employee who attended me remembered my test!!! The positive (wrong) test result made me pay for 3 tests, but ARCPoint did not bother to refund at least part of the extra expenses I had, resulting from its failure.

Needed a COVID test quickly. It was easy to schedule online and they were prompt and professional when I arrived for my test. I was a bit taken aback by the cost for the test and finding out they don't file with insurance.

Good morning, For Covid testing and clinical blood draws we ask that you call ahead but for Drug/Alcohol screens or DNA you do not need an appt. Just remember a valid photo ID and a mask. Thank you so much and hope to see you soon!
Yes we sure do - you can call the lab to let us know when you would like to come in. We open at 8:30 and for clinical appts we would need you to come in before 3 pm. Hope you are having a good weekend.
Good morning and yes we can do same day PCR's or Antigen tests with results within an hour. You can schedule for morning or afternoon with results always the same day. You can schedule an appointment by going to our direct website and choose the time and day that works within your travel requirements. Pricing and info is on our website as well. Good morning - Yes we do Covid Testing for travel - we offer same day result PCR's as well as lab based PCR's with results within 48 hrs. We also have antigen testing if your destination allows those. For the antibody testing we offer rapid result qualitative tests as well as lab based quantitative tests with results within 24 - 48 hrs. No we are not providing the Covid Vaccines at this time. We do provide multiple types of Covid Testing for the public as well as for employers.
We require for you to make appointment for all covid testing on our website. Same day appointments are always available. Give us a call from the parking lot when you arrive and give us your test # that populates after filling out the intake form. We test you in your car but yes we require for you to keep a mask on and just lower it below your nose for the actual swab. We will also check ID at the time of test. Paternity tests cost $219 for informational purposes. If it will be needed for legal matters (Court Admissable) it is $283. Both tests have the same accuracy level, the difference is in the documentation that is collected. Thank you for checking with ARCpoint Labs of Austin North!
