They sold me a broken controller. They said all controllers were tested and work right but they lied. They will fight and say no money back even though they sell faulty or non working equipment. If you're going to buy used don't buy from here!!!Just bring it back with receipt.

Better than GameStop! I visited this store today with my boyfriend. The selection was good and the prices were great. First time in a long time I was able to find a game I wanted to buy in a retail store. The lady behind the counter was super nice. I asked about their PS3 controllers. There's a lot of counterfeits in that business, so I was a little concerned about buying one. She said her husband tests the PS3 controllers (they're in bags as opposed to packaging) and picks out the bad ones. True to her words, the controller works! I hope this place is around for a long time.
