I don't actually live there I live nearby but I have talked to residents many times they usually have a waiting list but it's usually not a long wait.
Any availability? Single mom I have three small kids ages 8, 6, and 2. We were served a 60-day notice reason being is the owner wants to demolish or substantially rebuild the property. I work full time and need a place asap.
