I was very worried about going here as I have seen the reviews and prefer to go to Sutter Health however, they don't have an ER for head injuries. I had fallen off the back of my boyfriends truck and gave myself a concussion the day prior to arriving. When my girlfriend drove me in I could not stand on my own which meant I might have some brain hemorrhaging. I felt like my needs were addressed immediately and testing with urgency. Although the place was packed they seemed to call in people upon urgency level which is how an ER should be handled. I also believe that all the testing done was appropriate to what I needed. The place seemed to be clean and appropriate measures taken to ensure folks were socially distanced. I like the nurses and doctors that visited me and addressed me appropriately! Thanks for the great care as I was concerned about it initially.

Horrible, unethical, shady, ignorant. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. Go to an urgent care or another hospital. My 74 year old husband was taken in via ambulance and he laid on a gurney in the hall for FIVE HOURS. Vertigo due to falling a month ago and cracking his head open, barely able to walk, confused/disoriented and not knowing where he was. They ignored him. Nobody helped him. After awhile, he struggled up, held on to cars parked alongside the rode, grasped the telephone poles and street lamps until lights turned green, stumbled across TWO intersections and wound up at our home by the grace of God without falling down again. Nobody stopped him, nobody cared, nobody noticed. This, ADVENTIST HEALTH, which is supposedly CHRISTIAN, and is a big fat lie. When I tried to talk to the Hosp Admin, I got the run around and that person refused to speak to me. Fine. Speak to my lawyer because this HAS to stop. HAS to. Too many people rely on medical care here and ARE NOT GETTING IT. And the only way to stop it is to sue their pants off. I foiund a lawyer if it comes to that and it probably will. They are lucky my husband made it home alive. All this time, I am on hold, because nobody would take my call asking how he was because they would not let me in to be with him. In the hall. Laying on a dirty gurney. If I have to call 911 for him again...he will be taken to Roseville or Oroville...NOT Ride Out because you never do ride out except in a coffin.

I had the best ER experience I've ever had here. I was really surprised, based on all the bad stuff I've heard. But they were really nice and compassionate and they listened to me which is HUGE and they explained everything to me. I was happy with my visit, over all. UPDATE: I went here twice more and it was awful. Waited for hours without care and was eventually discharged without help. They blame COVID and I'm trying to be understanding, but dang...

WORST HOSPITAL EVER! Go to any other hospital other than this it is WORTH the extra driving time! These people do not care about your health and they literally treat you like you’re seeking drugs! I went in for having fainting spells due to my new medication and hit my head multiple times when I went in waiting FOUR hours did EKG and blood work and they were going to discharge me without even doing a scan of my head! I had to ASK for them to even do one…. Wouldn’t address any of my medications that may be causing it since that’s when I started passing out just follow up with your doctor every time over gone here it’s been a waste of time they don’t care about you just want to get you in and out seriously worst hospital ever! It literally feels like anyone could be a doctor at this hospital!
