Jim, the manager of the North Billerica location is great. He called me once when my unit wasn't locked completely. He brought my mover's beverages because it was a really hot day when we were moving in. And whenever I have an issue with filling or anything he is always more than helpful and doesn't make me feel stupid. He actually calls me back if he's busy and says hes gonna call me back.

We got to the office and there wasn’t anybody at the desk. There was a sign stating to text/call and the gentleman Jim answered and came right to the office. Right away Jim was very welcoming and friendly. He helped us sign up for our lease and drove us to our storage room as well! He explained every step to us, as it is our first time renting. At the end of it all, Jim made our experience so much better than we thought! Thank you so much. Facility: It was clean all around. No complaints for a storage room. Even our room was clean all around. The roads have a few pot holes but not so bad. The office itself was super clean and even had stiff for you to purchase for your items if you need boxes/locks. Location: Not bad and finding it is not hard. There’s a big green sign that says the name so very hard to miss. The gate entrance is right when you pull up
