I was here to pick up a pizza that was ordered ahead of time. It was a super easy location to get in and out of. The food, was excellent, so I heard, and everyone loved it. This was my first time picking up pizza here and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely come here again if I could.

We ordered for about 25 office people once or even twice month. The bill is always $350-$400. We tip 20% on the bill too. They forgot 2 salads. When they delivered them they said the didn't charge us for one and billed us $10. I'm shocked. I paid it and even tipped the driver. I'm really rethinking if we should ever ordering with them for the office again. We have other pizza/sub shops in Billerica MA that want and need our business. We have places like Meat Again that send the office lunch because they know we order with them. Too bad they may lose us over $10. As a business owner and the way the economy is running I would really think twice about the decision they made. Let's see if they read this post and make it wright.

Things have changed a lot since the new owner has taken over. Their cheese pizza is very greasy. Also, please don't be stingy when it comes to your topic pizzas. Let's see the meat and veggies on them. Their stake tip and chicken marinated dinners have no taste. They need to bring those delicious recipes back. I miss the previous owner, Steve. God rest his soul.

Mr. Vega, it's unfortunate that you felt the need to post on Google. We strive daily to deliver excellent food and customer service so we are always willing to discuss customer concerns. Any prices changes in the past year are minimal and clearly listed on our website, our digital menu board and a written notice prominently posted on premises. All restaurants have delivery minimums and our minimum is clearly stated on our menu and online system.
No we do not have an ATM but we accept all major credit cards. You are welcome to use your debit card as a credit card. Hope our response was helpful.
