Unpleasant service experience. I received this company’s name and number as a referral from another company in the area. I called in because I’ve been searching for a riding experience for my mom’s birthday. Many of the places that I’ve called have a weight requirement (which I understand) so I’ve been calling to see if local stables have larger horses to accommodate. She’s slightly larger than the requirement, respectfully. The lady who answered rambled about my mom’s weight and said “she’s too big” and “you should just stop looking for stables because no one’s going to be able to fit her in a saddle.” It’s hard enough knowing the weight restraints. To have them reinforced in such a rude way was disheartening. I just wanted to make my mom’s dream come true. It was very saddening to have these phrases thrown out all casually. I get that the company’s interest lies with the safety of their horses, I’m not dumb. A simple statement of the requirement would have sufficed.

My daughter has been taking riding lessons here for 5 years. She loves it! The trail rides on the weekend are great for anyone new to riding.

The workers here are lovely. I got to ride the horse called copper and I think the young lady’s name was Madden (grey sweater) she was awesome! It’s an awesome place to visit and the trail is great during the fall. It was a birthday trip for me. Thanks to my friends for it. 😁😁
