Aside from the difficulty finding someone to help me as I shopped, this isn’t a bad location. They are well stocked and have all the best brands. Most of the animals look taken care of as well. The line was super long when I got there but the rest of staff joined in to help. I believe Brandon helped me. He was great! I’ll go back to this location.

Natalie is a cashier there and she went the extra mile. Not only did she take the time to input my new phone number without a complaint but she saw that I was buying quite a lot of things for my puppy and she suggested that I purchased this coupon book that would eventually pay for itself and I said why not normally I don't do that and then she proceeded to take out the coupons and let me use them right then and there for some of the things that I purchased. I felt t a little nervous because it was someone behind me but they didn't seem to mind either as they had a dog with them and they were fine and they understood Natalie deserves five stars as does the store it was very nice and clean

Everyone wears masks, you can not enter or wait in the actual office.
They get new shipments on Tuesdays and Thursdays for fish and small animals
The do cat adoptions there. Once in a while they have dogs. Try Foothills Animal shelter.
They reccommended me the wrong information and had no clue what they were talking about!!! Im so frustrated. Go to a real reptile shop never doing business at this low awful franchise again

I've clipped my cats nails since he was small. My suggestion take him to pet smart that's where my daughter takes her Beagle 10.00 and they do a great job.
