I have been going to Firestone to have my serviced for almost a year and overall I've been very happy with it. My only complaint this last time was that when they finished the oil change, they didn't shut the hood of my car securely. I didn't notice it. A coworker told me about it. That could be dangerous if the hood flew up while driving.

This Firestone location is Awesome!!! I’ve been here a few times, and each time has been a great experience! I just got my car back because I was hearing a strange noise. They looked at my car and turns out it was just a loose heat shield. They explained to me that it wasn’t worth getting my heat shield replaced until I needed a carburetor replacement. And they didn’t charge me anything to look at my car! Thanks so much Firestone!!!

A superb experience! The ladies at the front were SO friendly and the work they did on the car was excellent! I would 100% go back! Thank you for fixing my car!

Horrible. Had a 10am scheduled appointment for tpms sensor replacement. Estimated 1 hour easy to fix. Sat and waited until 11:15am no movement or service. Asked why... multiple excuses. They do not honor their scheduled reservation times. Friendly staff horrible customer service. I had to leave without the service being performed. Not coming back that's for sure!

Just go in and talk to them

Was charged for an alignment. A month later a different garage says tierods so bad it's a death trap. How do you miss this? They don't go bad in a month.

You can take the vehicle back to the Firestone store where you had the alignment performed and speak to the store manager or service manager.
