I recently had my kitchen renovated and my contractor recommended Advantage Appliance. I was on a tight budget and was skeptical that a small business could provide competitive prices. I have only purchased appliances from large department or big box stores in the past. I had no idea that buying appliances could be so stress free! The level of service Bob provided was phenomenal and the prices meet or beat the big box stores. I am recommending Advantage to my family and friends. I know that I will buy all my appliances from Advantage from now on!

I preface this review to say that I just remodeled my kitchen and worked with several excellent independent companies that collaborate very well together as a team. I started my project by meeting with Ryan at Kitchen Sales in West Bridgewater to configure the layout and choose the cabinets. He in turn had me go to Skyline Marble and Granite in Raynham to pick out the Quartzite slab and to Advantage Appliance in Mansfield for the appliances. It's important to appreciate that each company is outstanding in their area of expertise, which made this remodel so enjoyable from beginning to end. With respect to Advantage Appliance, I worked with Mark and saw that his level of knowledge about the appliances was far more than I could expect from associates in large box stores. I also learned that an appliance's model number does not always tell the whole story. Big box stores may have the same model number but can sometimes cheapen component parts, whereas, local appliance stores like Advantage Appliance, know the internal parts and they fix everything they sell. Further, as an example of their service, Mark even filed the manufacturer's rebates for me. I couldn't be happier with the project. Everything works great and as you can see from the photos, the end result is amazing.

I would never shop for appliances anywhere else. I have bought several appliances from Advantage. Their customer service is great! We recently started a kitchen renovation. Our appliances were ordered in April 2021. Due to COVID they had still not arrived by the end of December. I have always worked with Mark who was updating me frequently. I decided to work with him on some alternate choices. He made some great recommendations on appliances that were available. I now have appliances!
