My overall experience at Sentry Mazda was great! Matt was very personable and friendly. When I first went in he said it was going to take several hours to fix the recall when I was told when I made the appointment that it would be only2-2 1/2 hours. After replacing the recall Matt sent a video of a technician going over the car and an estimate of services they recommended. My husband and I thought the video was awesome and really showed us what they went over in the car. We agreed to the services and we thought the price and recommendations were very reasonable. They texted us when it was ready, the same day and pick up was easy and the car is driving great! We would definitely go back!!

The folks in Sentry West Mazda are awesome. I had a very smooth buying experience with them. Vardan who managed all the documentation was one of the best in my experience. He diligently went through all the paperwork and stayed late to finish the work so I could get everything approved for the next day delivery. Sincere and committed people like him are rare to find these days. The general manager Rob even arranged me a pickup to the facility so I can drive back my car home. That’s going above and beyond. 100% recommend these folks. A happy CX5 customer now.

Great experience today at Mazda. In and out in an hour for an oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter change. Service advisor and technician were very efficient and thorough. Received a video summary from the technician of completed work. Very clean facility and comfortable waiting area. Only disappointment was price of cabin filter, $77.90 for filter and replacement. Seemed it only took 5 minutes from the time I approved changing it.

Working with Rob was a pleasure, never felt I was talking to a sales person!! We got a fabulous car at the end. Everyone that we worked with was friendly and courteous and they worked around with some of the peculiarities we had in our case. Overall despite construction work going on, we still had a pleasant experience at the Sentry Mazda!
