Ordered an amp online to be shipped to Indianapolis. They shipped same day and I received it 2 days later. Excellent packing job, MUCH better than many manufacturers would do themselves. They called to confirm my address less than an hour after I placed the order. Great customer service.

“Fair offers” such a joke, went there look at trading in a guitar… I guess they either think you don’t know what you have or assume you are in need of cash. If I had wanted to get the pawn shop treatment I would have went to one. What a waste of space, would be a great spot for a guitar store. BS reply from owner…. It’s about how your employee came to me and said I will offer you $450 for your guitar but then “tag it for $850 for resale” right to my face. What a crooked way to do business.

Saw a beautiful antique Gretsch guitar that someone was selling to the store, and I commented on it. "That is a beautiful guitar you have there." The man that works there says to me rudely "Hey man, you mind? Were talking here." Basically told me to get lost, as if I was going to undercut him or something. Just kinda rubbed me the wrong way that they would speak to someone that way. I found what I wanted at another shop today. 😌
