$110 for an oil and filter change on a Toyota Camry is OUTRAGEOUS!! Didn’t top off the fluids or change the cabin filter and finished (including moving the car on and out of the bay) in under 7 minutes? Less than a mile down the road there are two places advertising the same service — but topping off fluids — for under $40.

Went to get my vehicle inspected and the employees failed the inspection because the windshield wiper blades had very small (less than 1/2") tears at the end. Then of course they tried to sell me wiper blades and air filters that are priced twice as much as I can do it myself. If you fail someone on something petty because you prioritize selling something over customer service, you might make a sale, or you might lose a return customer.

I’ve been going there for the last 5years to get my truck inspected but some how today my tint is to dark? Even though I’ve never changed the tint since I bought the truck new from Chevrolet!!!! So I’m told I can’t inspect it but I won’t fail you?! Ever since there hired them new young guys the place has gone to hell from what I’ve heard but I was gonna give um a chance nope I’ll take my business else where.
