Take forever to pick up load here minimum 4 to 5 hours

Will never buy another United furniture piece again customer service sucks and I’ve been fighting with them since December to get my couches that are under warranty fixed or replaced and here it is April and the customer service manager Joyce won’t return phone calls and I’m still waiting on furniture they promised would take 6-8weeks!!!!Extremely dissatisfied and if I ever find another store that sells United furniture furniture I will run as fast as I can away from that place!

I have been calling United Furniture trying to get some help with some furniture that was made by United Furniture but have been unsuccessful I have left messages along with my phone number and no one has returned my call what's next

This is a wholesale furniture factory. You'd have to contact the company that sold you the furniture for support.
