Excellent customer service! I had a misfire in a cylinder…just a defect with the car 2018 rogue with 50,000 miles. Completely replaced my engine no arguing or going back and forth completely covered by my warranty and they put me in a very nice rental for the time it took to fix. Drove me to the rental etc. best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership Rob in service is an absolute pleasure! I’ll buy Nissan from now on

I had a scheduled appointment for later in the month when my vehicle experienced a battery problem and needed to be checked out right away. The great Service team took my vehicle right away and also performed the scheduled service at the same time ( two weeks ahead of time). Awesome service...thanks Nissan!

Phenomenal. I went in to trade in my old car and worked with Andrew W. He was friendly, personable, and super professional. Went above and beyond getting me into my new 2020 Rouge, which I love. I actually got a better deal on my trade in than I thought I would! I literally could not be happier. The whole experience took me an afternoon. Andrew was amazing and Steven helped up us wrap up the financial aspects. Steven was also very friendly and professional. I look forward to catching up with both of them on my next service visit!

Hello and thanks for your concern about our Covid Protocol. We take the spread of Covid very seriously. We our concerned for our Employee and Guest safety and have been operating for 12 months during the Covid Pandemic. During this time we have been temperature checking our employees daily before the start of work. We ask all employees and guests to avoid shaking hands. Our employees are asked to avoid touching faces, and wash our hands regularly. All Employees are expected to wear masks at all times during their work shift. All high touch surfaces (phones, doorknobs, desks, bathrooms) are treated multiple times per day with proper disinfectants. Hand sanitizer, gloves, and tissues are available throughout our dealership. We follow all CDC recommendations regarding Covid Protocol and best practices. Every case is different, it depends on how much money you are in debt, how much money you make at your job and how much you can put down on a car. Come into the dealership and speak to any salesperson and they will be able to help you out.
