This was my first time going to this dealership. I found it by looking at a local website and noticing that a few cars I was interested in all seemed to be at this particular one. I'm definitely glad I decided to try it out, because it was a great experience. Yeah, I'll admit I walked in and said "I want to see about looking at some cars." I was a little embarrassed as soon as I said it, but Brandon, the salesman, just smiled and told me that I came to the right place. His friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. He didn't come across like a typical salesperson, he actually came across as genuinely friendly and not just trying to sell me a car, which was really nice. He even tried to make conversation with my son, but my son is shy and doesn't really say much to people he doesn't know. The point is, he tried. The business manager, Nancy, was nice as well. She used simple explanations and made it clear numerous times that I wasn't obligated to pick certain (if any) options in regards to warranties and coverage. The whole experience was pleasant and I walked away with a 2019 SUV. I definitely recommend this dealership. I know I will return there in the future, if and when I eventually get another car.

I had spoken to our sales rep, Brandon M. the day before and explained what I was looking for. He had the car on the lot and we made plans to see it. I arrived and was greeted by a friendly young woman who took us to Brandon. I can’t say enough about Brandon. He is friendly, polite, courteous and knowledgeable, on the rare occasion he didn’t have an answer to my question, he made sure he asked someone who did. Brandon got my insurance transferred and Nancy in finances got my registration. There was no pressure, no bickering. Brandon new what I wanted, had what I wanted and I drove off the lot with my brand new car that very day. I live approximately an hour from the dealership, but I guarantee you that when my husband needs a new car, we will be going to Bob Valenti’s! I can’t thank you enough, I love my new car.

Jason Champion was a pleasure to deal with. Him and the service team were able to identify an issue with my car that another service center and auto body place could not. Jason also wrote up the issue in a way that allowed me to get reimbursed for all repairs necessary as previous work was completed incorrectly. They also held my car without issue while repairs were pending.

Was a great visit when buying our new Malibu. Edger was our sales person he was very nice and had everything under control he made it seem so quick and easy. The hole sales team was very helpful and made our experience a great one.
