Unfortunately you would not. The HOA provides the pool tags to the neighborhood residents. You would have to give them your address by showing your ID to receive them. If you live outside the neighborhood you would not qualify to receive the pool tags.

Atascosita Forest pool
It is a private pool. You cannot get in unless you live in Oaks of Atascocita or unless a friend that lives in the Oaks accompanies you.
If you live in the oaks you can buy pool tags in May, I believe they are $8 a piece.
