Third time I've stormed out of this store's grooming salon. Groomer Elexys called out at the last minute while there was a line of customers waiting for her at 8am. A lady by the name Bianca, offered her apologies and expected us to reschedule and leave. We voiced our displeasure with this type of service and asked for accommodation. She said PetSmart didn't offer any discounts for employees not showing up for work, but she could give us an under-the-table discount. That alone showed me I was talking to disorganized children and not adults. This wasn't the first time someone had called out on me but at least they were able to take my dog in. I'm sure the other families had a challenging time making it to the appointment in time as I did. We all would have appreciated a heads-up the day before that Elexys was not going to be in the office, not at appointment time. I have run out of patience dealing with this store. Please save your time, money, and peace of mind by going to a different groomer.

Management is absolutely terrible. Lack of training causes customers to flat out waste their time. Was told by THREE different employees that all I needed was my dogs rabies shot to get his nails cut. So I went and got his shot and brought the certificate like they told me. Wasted my entire Sunday morning cause I get there and they tell me their policy is a 2 day wait period for shot vaccinations. This is posted NOWHERE for the customer to see, and the THREE employees I spoke with over the phone failed to mention that. Everybody wants $20 an hour for $6 an hour work. Absolutely pitiful. Not to mention, the same person that answered the phone and failed to tell me this information was the same one that was at the salon, and she flat out just walked away in the middle of our conversation. No one forces you to work as a groomer at petsmart...find something else to do where you aren't dealing with customers if you can't provide customer service.
