Unfortunately you would not. The HOA provides the pool tags to the neighborhood residents. You would have to give them your address by showing your ID to receive them. If you live outside the neighborhood you would not qualify to receive the pool tags.
When you get to the pool they will require a pool tag and give you an email address, so you can email the lady that gives the information on the pool tags
