Update: 8-8-22. The newest photos are posted and I have circled all visible spots. These won’t come out after a wash or quick detail spray? Washed my car this morning and still trying to buff out the water spots that simonize ceramic coat was suppose to get rid of…should not have to buff them out after every wash when I have a ceramic coat correct? Called simonize and they said it was more likely like the product was not applied correctly… paint correction should have been done. Simonize confirmed that. I’m extremely not happy with the excuses and the run around from valenti. Simonize recommended I ask for a refund and have a better shop do it. Hey Bob. Where is my refund for the botched job? 8-8-22 I will say that the customer service was great. The workers in parts and service are great as well as the sales person, who did as much as he could to keep a customer satisfied. I bought a black 2022 ford ranger at valenti in early February. knowing it was black, I wanted the paint to look great for years to come. I decided to get the Simoniz ceramic clear coat at an added cost of $800. after getting the car back, it has more swirl marks on it now than when I purchased it. Dirty pads? Inexperience on the buffing wheel? not satisfied with the way it looks. included with the package was the interior ceramic coating. I assumed they would vacuum the car and clean the interior before treatment. when I got the car back it was still dirty on the inside as if not even touched. I complained about that and they took the car for a three min ride around the back. When I opened the door again it still looked untouched. I was assured it was done. I think the quality of their detail is subpar. Feel like I purchased a used $40,000 truck…………….3-30-22………updated………. I wanted to update this review… I was contacted by my sales person Wesley. He has been fantastic with the whole situation. After explaining the situation to him, he told me to bring my truck down and they will do it over and the spider webbing should be gone. A couple of days later I returned to pick up the truck but it was not sunny, so you could not tell if the spider webbing was gone. The first sunny day this week I checked it out and to my disappointment the spider webbing was still there. The problem with the dealership ceramic coat is that they are not applying it correctly. Sounds like a deal at $800.00, but there is a reason for the sweet deal. Before cars are ceramic coated a paint correction needs to be done otherwise you get a truck like mine that has ceramic coating but with all the imperfections sealed beneath. Bottom line, DON’T PURCHASE THE SIMONIZE CERAMIC COAT FROM THE DEALER. Spend the money at a detailer that knows what they are doing. This was my first new car yet every time I look at it in the sun it has hazy scratches all over it. Once again. I do not blame the sales people for this but I am unsatisfied with the $800 treatment. It was a complete waste of money. If you sell a product, do it right! Update to my review. After 5 months, I’m still not happy with my cars finish. My last visit to the dealership brought me from the detailer to the body shop. At the body shop, I was basically told that I paid for a warranty and they could not get the swirl marks out. I will try to file a warranty claim with simonize myself. Hopefully they warranty the botched job by valenti fords detail shop. I can’t stress this enough people. Go to a real detail shop for your ceramic coating. Don’t get fooled like I did. If you want a car free of swirl marks, don’t purchase the simonize ceramic coat.

Paul was more than helpful when it came to looking for my first real big purchase of a car. Very welcoming and kind which was great cause I was nervous of course. I settled on a RAV4, a car I always wanted! Paul and his team made the process very easy, I really didn’t have to do much, they took care of everything. We talked over prices and the overall process on Thursday. I was out in an hour on Saturday with my new car!! The car came spotless, they did an excellent job cleaning it. I have absolutely no complaints. If you’re a first time buyer I recommend Valenti Ford!

The Valenti location in Mystic made my decision to buy a car an easy one. While walking around the dealership they were friendly, helpful and not pushy. I had been car searching for months and simply because of the treatment I received at Valenti, I settled on a vehicle here instead of a different dealership with the same vehicles I wanted. Financing was a breeze here as well and they worked with me and explained all of my options. In the end I am super happy with my choice.

This was my first ever new vehicle and the experience was great. Jim K in Sales was phenomenal from our initial meeting right to the day I picked up my new truck. I was hesitant about buying new since I have heard not great dealer experiences from friends at other dealers but I’m very happy I went in to see Jim. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. The good people at Valenti showed me constant open communication which was helpful since my truck had a shipping delay from Michigan. Yesterday when I picked up my new truck Jim walked me through every feature of the vehicle and guided me through the final steps of the purchase. Nothing was hidden and even the folks in the finance and Management staff came to see me to insure I had a positive experience. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would recommend Valenti especially Jim K. In Ford Sales. I will def. Purchase another truck from Valenti in the future.

We do have an emissions facility located here at the Valenti Automall. The emissions station is located in the Chevrolet building. Unfortunately, the station is not a drive through. The good news is that there is a Camera that points at the emissions station so you can see your vehicle on the TV while you wait in the waiting room.
