The shop has a good selection of bikes and gear. The shop staff is very knowledgeable and nice. I am sure I had a rare situation but I struggled with a lack of communication, the technicians performing the wrong tune service requested and than performing unauthorized work at their discretion. I left the shop to ride after picking up my bike and instantly had issues that were a result of the unauthorized work done incorrectly. After contacting the shop they offered to remedy the situation to their credit and offered the highest tune service and to fix all issues. I although chose not to take it and will go elsewhere due to the tone and inability to accept fault. Mistakes happen, they were going to make it right but I don't appreciate the excuses and shaping of what was directly their mistakes.

Chris, Alli, Joe, Nick, Sam, Jackson and the whole team are amazing. Recently, I was looking to purchase a specific style and size road bike, and with the limitations on inventory everywhere, Joe got right to work on finding all the components to build a bike. MCC is the type of bike store that any level biker can feel good about. Chris and Alli have created a warm and embracing community both inside and outside the shop. Thanks to you all for a great experience, once again!

Chris and his entire staff are top notch. I immediately felt like part of the family upon entering. My long search for the perfect All Trail bike ended at Mystic Cycle Center. In addition to their vast knowledge and helpfulness, they have a massive inventory. They are over an hour drive from my house, but this is my new go-to bike shop and absolutely worth the drive!

FYI Mystic Cycle SOLD a bike I dropped off 7/29/21 for an estimate for a tune up. Without speaking with me or writing me as required by law via USPS First Class mail, I finally learned after following up in the fall, winter, and in April 2022, that they sold my bike and kept the money from its sale. Outrageous! Shop elsewhere folks. Their business terms state that after 1 calendar year from the date of completion of service they can sell the bicycle or parts. Without responding to my requests for update and estimate, and well within 1 year from the date I dropped the bike off, this is unacceptable.

We sell electric assist bicycles. No scooters.
Masks are required, hand sanitizer to be used upon entrance and social distancing to be followed. There are several sanitizer stations throughout the store and the store goes through intensive cleaning and disinfecting daily.
Russell, call the shop and ask for Joe or Chris. One of them will be able to tell you if there are e-bikes in their rental fleet. They are both super helpful!
They have numerous electric assist bikes including beach cruisers, commuter bikes, and mountain bikes.
