Very bad dealing by Mike and whoever his manager is. They don’t stand there commitment. Committed me a deal. I drove 2 hrs and just when i am about to reach tbey call and say that they have got a better deal so cannot honor the deal made with me… so pathetic…. Never recommend anyone to go there.

Dave in the service department is awesome! He has been super helpful and is always nice to me and explains things thoroughly. I have needed a part since January due to Mopar having to design a new one and Dave has been there every step of the way! He patiently answers all my questions and deals with all of my concerns on the highest level! He has kept in touch with me and gives me updates regularly….I actually received a call from him today and I will be getting my Jeep repaired soon! Dave is an asset to Bertera and because of him I’d highly recommend the Bertera service department to anyone who needs repairs done!
