Horrible. They had my Switch Lite for over a week, never called me, and told me they couldn't change out my joysticks. Which is complete lie. We got our money and device back and took it to another shop and the repair was done in less than an hour. They couldn't even figure out how to return my money to my card which they tried to insist on. Finally I was given cash. This shop is just a mess.

I have been dealing with Brian for approximately 20 years. Over that time I have had custom build three computers for me and one for my son. Brian gave me outstanding advice with the design of the configuration of these systems, recommending I look for more upgraded capacity some areas and informing me I would need that level of capability in others. He never attempted to "upsell" me for the sake of making a bigger dollar sale. Whenever I have needed new cables, repairs, or Windows upgrade for my computers or repairs to my son's computer, including his Apple MacBooks, Brian and his team have always been prompt and his pricing has always been very reasonable. The comment about upgrading Windows systems major version does not hold water in my book. You can read comments on the internet about the problems your average computer use trying to upgrade on their own. Personally, I feel very lucky to have someone like Brian and his team available to deal with these hardware/firmware issue. My wheelhouse is a power user of software applications and I prefer to keep it that way. I will be going back in the very near future as the work I am now doing from a systems standpoint is far above my previous system requirements. I am looking forward to working with Brian on the design configuration of this next system.

Just asked to get help with installing windows 10 I already purchased a license, it’s $90 that’s way too high for just a an install that requires little to no labor. If I was asking them to build the pc make me breakfast and feed it to me yeah that’s worth $90 but come on the greediness needs to stop. I don’t have an extra pc to download the booting software which is just a little over 6gb.

My son bought brand new gaming parts from Newegg, spent a whole day to build it and it did not work. My son was so upset. I went to Best Buy, no help, and went to Staples, don't want to touch it. My IT manager asked to contact PC Warehouse. The guy, I think his name is Brian, took in the computer and have it working the next day. This is the place i would recommend to everyone.
