This is where you want to do business at. There is no surprise this location has over 2200 positive reviews. Our sales rep, Tip, was phenomenal in getting our deal done. He took us to every vehicle that caught our interest and was very knowledgeable and friendly during our time there. We drove a couple of hours just to shop here, and that left us with little time in the day, Tip and another fellow helped us get the deal right for both parties long after business hours had expired. We will be back for our next vehicle, no doubt about it. Thank you. We love our Silverado.

Eric Sicoli at Everett is the best salesman that I have encountered when I was looking for a car. People Ive came across at other dealerships tried to rip me off and sell me some overpriced car. Eric wasn’t like that. When My wife saw the 2017 Jeep Compass that Everett had I knew right away I wanted it for her. So when my interest was sparked, it brought me to him. Doing business with Eric was probably the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever imagined having. My experience with Everett Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac was fantastic! I live 4 hours away and they had just the vehicle I was looking for, so most of my purchasing experience was done over the phone and via email. My salesman (Rusty) was awesome. He was very professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. Everett was able to get me into the car I wanted at the right price. We purchased a maintenance plan with our Cadillac. After several oil changes- $54.00 charged to the maintenance plan, EVERETT DECIDED WE NEEDED ADDITIONAL SERVICE INCLUDING A BRAKE FLUID FLUSH- $135.00! ONLY PROBLEM- THEY NEVER PERFORMED THE SERVICE. After I complained the Service Manager and the service department created outrageous false narratives as to why old fluid remained in the system. Upon challenging these obviously false narratives ... THE MANAGER TOLD ME TO SHUT UP. I tried to get Everett in Shelby to help but they refused! I WOULD NOT GET ANY SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. WHEN CONFRONTED WITH ABSOLUTE PROOF SERVICE WAS NOT PERFORMED, THEY REFUSED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE OR REFUND THE MONEY INSISTING THEY PERFORMED THE SERVICE. I WAS INSULTED AND DERIDED AS THEY REFUSED TO ADMIT A MISTAKE. FIND AN HONEST BUSINESS TO PERFORM YOUR SERVICE BECAUSE EVERETT CHEVROLET WILL SELL UNNEEDED SERVICES AND CHARGE FOR SERVICES THE DO NOT PERFORM!
