I walked in for a pickup order. The man at the pickup counter was typing in the computer, head down, and did not look up to greet m. I waited a few moments thinking that customer service would eventually happen but no. He continued to ignore me and then proceeded to walk away without so much as any acknowledgment of my presence. For my first time using this pickup system with Lowe's, I am disappointed but not shocked at the type of treatment I received today. The blatant disregard for service is unacceptable. I found the pickup lockers on my own, after a minute of waiting for another employee to finish supporting a customer return issue. This experience was sp horrible, primarily becuase of the first guy. I will NEVER purchase anything from this Lowe's again. I will also be recommending my network to your competitors.

I ordered the grill online to be assembled at the store for pickup. I placed the order on a Saturday and was told it would be available Monday. Then Friday. Saturday I still had not received the promised call, so I called. I was transferred a few times before being told I would be able to pick it up at 1pm. Someone would call me. By 2:20, noone had. I called, got transferred a few times and was finally told I could come get it. Arriving at the store, the Lowes employees were great! This had been a frustrating experience, but Markell, who helped me get it in my car was awesome. The grill didn't quite fit, but he was patient and kind. Finally, he had to disassemble a shelf, but smiled the whole time. He made me comfortable and confident that the 4 screws he had to remove were simple. He made sure I was good with the process and satisfied with my purchase. Go to Lowes. Shop instore. Ask for Markell

I get it, there are problems hiring staff these days. If this is a sign of how home improvement stores are to be, I can see online retail taking over. I stopped in today for a few items. No customer service to be found at 9am, none. I listened to an older female customer calling for help like a casualty of an apocalypse. I found one person in building materials not even wiling to fake his way thru my shopping trip. That would have been the easiest to find at Depot. I finally found one person to help me find the screws I needed by blindly staring at nails. Where was management? No department heads? Nothing?I still need to shop to finish my project but I will be doing that thru Amazon if I can.

Lowe's saved the day. We broke a bathroom mirror and needed a new one asap. They had the best selection of mirrors to choose from. Always helpful associates and huge selection of home improvement and garden needs.

I only ask because I know the Lowe's out on 127 allows both but I'm not sure if that's a chain wide thing. Edit: just called (didn't think I'd be able to) and the lady said nation wide all well behaved, leashed, pets are allowed
Lowe's now have rentals in most locations. Definitely call the store to see if they are a rental store
A lot of people do not wear masks, which is how it should be.
All you have to do is Google it and it'll tell you they open up at 8 a.m. in the morning on Sunday
o
They got'em
