I bought a car last year I had nothing but problems with the car no one’s fault. But let me tell you I went to go see what I could do about getting a new car because I really needed out of the one I had. Isabel Rosenberg And Michael Plante and Chris Rhyder the sales manager and Allen queen went above and beyond what I thought when I walked in the door that morning. I’m so thankful and grateful for everything and the work everyone did to get me in my new car! Isabel Rosenberg Is awesome she’s personable funny and makes sure your taken care of. If I ever needed another car she’s the one I would go to. But I will say the service department gave me nothing but trouble Shawn Howard, Dawson, Sean did nothing but lie and never returned calls so literally the sales department of Hyundai of hickory is amazing! But they should get rid of a couple people in the service department and it would change the service department dramatically. Overall I’m ecstatic with my new car and I can only thank the sales team at Hyundai of hickory for that! Thank you guys and Isabel Rosenberg so much y’all are amazing!! :)

I really liked the choice to drive 2 hours to buy our first Hyundai from paramount. With the lots of auto dealers practically empty we extended the search out to 200 miles hoping to find a hybrid and paramount had one. The whole procedure was the easiest car purchase I ever made. James was very knowledgeable about the car and very helpful explaining warranties and specials. The Finance department made the extended warranty on the batteries simple to understand and he was a delight to talk to.Everyone I dealt with buying this car from paramount is someone I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car.
