Shipping packages is easy and quick here. The gals working the counter are friendly and efficient; it feels like a family-run biz. I've been shipping here for several years and always have a good experience. Even when there's a line, it moves quickly. Prices are comparable to the post office. In fact, I avoid the post office whenever possible due to the steep decline in customer service.

I went to this location this afternoon and was very impressed with the service I received. Ana, was extremely pleasant and helpful. This location, unlike the one in Matthews, specifically the one at Sycamore Commons, DOES NOT charge to tape a package if it needs to be sealed additionally. They don’t charge $2.00 to print an email, like they do in Matthews and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I will gladly drive the few extra miles to this location rather than go to one that’s closer because of their great customer service.
