To be completely honest I have never had a unpleasant interaction at this Captain D's location (Fillmore). The staff have always been friendly and helpful! The few times I've eaten inside, it's been very clean, even for "fast food"! Remember my fellow Wanders... stay Whimsical! 👋😁💚

You know, I think this is one of the friendliest restaurants I’ve been to in quite a while. Not “scripted” friendly either. I think it must be a hiring requirement because every time I come here, whoever is working has been very nice to everyone who comes in. And of course the food has always been what i expect and it hits the spot.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Food was cold just now and the guy working the drive thru today was rude. EVERYTHING WAS COLD !!!! Military family and I would never RETURN!!!!! The guy at drive they even made me give back the cold fries in my hand instead of a box!!!! This place and this young man with the fingernail polish was TERRIBLE!!!! Worst place ever!!!!
