Had an incredible experience here, the expertise throughout the whole service team was exceptional only matched by their friendliness and customer service, just a few names Austin has a great attitude and is funny, Ethan very informative and open to explaining the same multiple thing wrong with my tractor many times lol, Tim is a towing PROFESSIONAL did everything to move my 9 car carrier and Richard the mobile service guy was very informative and helped the whole process from side of the road to yard very simple, I appreciate the whole gang here!

Got my John Deer 450C track loader stuck in the woods, after four days of digging, pulling, getting the dozer stuck trying to pull the loader out, I called Ultimate for help, they brought the right truck for the job. While driving my semi-truck down I-77 South, my clutch rod broke and I needed a tow. I pulled into a service area and got to a space where I thought a wrecker could come get me. I called Ultimate towing and Tim C. came out. Tim went above and beyond the call of duty. When he first arrived, he diagnosed the problem immediately. You don't always find tow truck drivers who also have mechanical wherewithal. He showed me what the problem was and would have been able to get me going if he'd been able to reach the clutch rod. In preparing the truck for tow, the space where I stopped the truck was good, but Tim needed a bit more space. Noticing that I was on a slight uphill, Tim told me to release my brakes and physically pushed my truck and trailer back with HIS LEGS about 10 ft to make space for his wrecker! Whoa! He could've just left me there and told me to wait til the morning for all the other trucks to clear, since the rest area was so crowded. Lastly, he also got a state trooper to momentarily stop traffic from coming into the rest area so he could back up the entire 140ft rig down the off ramp, and use the car side to get us out, as the truck side was too crowded for him to maneuver. Ultimate towing and Tim C are next level. No one likes to break down. But if you do, you want Ultimate towing and Tim to show up. Hey, they might just get you going. But either way, they'll take care of you.

Very pleasant and professional people to deal with. Shawn came up to Fancy Gap towed my rig to their shop do to a blown air compressor, constantly kept me updated on the progress, great guy!! THEY HAD A MECHANIC COME IN ON JULY 4TH AND COMPLETE THE WORK to get me going on my way WOW!!! If it was some other shop I'd be stuck there who know how long. Big thanks to Shawn and UltimateTowing I would recommend these guys over ANY others in the surrounding area.
