I worked with Richard and purchased a Toyota Certified 2021 Tundra. What initially started as a txt on my phone soon became an engaging car negotiation. The bottom line was they had exactly what I wanted and it was in like new condition. The elephant in the room was I was from out of state. Richard assured me they could accommodate my purchase and trade so I made the 600+ mile drive to trade and purchase my new Tundra. I showed up the next day and they made me feel welcome. I new it was going to be a difficult multiple state transaction. They couldn't have been nicer. Peyton in the business office figured out all the paper work and I was headed back home by noon with a "new to me" Tundra with North Carolina Temporary Tags. I was looking for a 2022 Lunar rock 4 runner and was having a hard time finding the package that I wanted. I went to Facebook and did a search and found a post that Payton had posted saying he had one coming soon. I instantly messaged him asking if it was still available and he replied back quickly giving me all the details. He even arranged for a driver to pick me up at an airport 2 hours away as I live in Arkansas and flew in to get it. It was everything I wanted and more, Payton made sure to let everyone know it was spoken for as many wanted to snatch it up. Thank you for getting it all to work out! I love it!

Mount Airy Toyota follows all Covid safety practices. Masks are required inside showroom and offices. There is sanitizer available in the showroom for customers, salespeople, and office staff. Vehicles are thoroughly cleaned after test drives and before owners take possession. Offices have plastic partitions and chairs are wiped down after each customer and cleaned nightly. Very conscientious about all of this.

Take it by deslership. They can pull up the vln # and see if there are any recalls
