Fresh fries, good burger, fresh tea..very friendly staff..double drive-thru made for quicker service. I don’t know about the reviews before me but my experience was great!

Wendy's is our favorite fast food restaurant, but the experience today has soured that preference. We went through the drive-through and ordered for my daughter a "double burger, no bun, patties only, no cheese" (she's gluten & dairy intolerant). I even clarified/confirmed the order with the person taking the order. There was no confusion on his part; he fully understood and the order was displayed properly. Once we got the bag and departed, we checked my daughter's order. Well, they gave us a normal double CHEESE burger. Well, no big deal, just a little inconvenient to have to go inside and get the order corrected. I went to the counter and explained the situation. The person attending seemed confused and another lady, who was the manager (confirmed with this first employee later) sort of listened to the issue. However, it was very clear that she did not want to be bothered with this situation; her attitude was as clear as the cheese on a burger. There was no apology, no ownership of the issue, and the attitude persisted. She did get us the correct order, but wow, with an extra helping of attitude -- which we did not order. This was a great lesson for my kids, who said, "she did not own it". Had the manager simply said, "we're sorry and will take care of it", I might be writing a positive review. I sincerely hope the general manager or owner reads this review and uses this as a teaching opportunity for that manager, who clearly needs to find another job -- one with which that she finds satisfaction.

This location has been consistently bad. I have ordered several different menu items and repeatedly gotten a stale and hard bun. Today I ordered a more expensive sandwich thinking I would have a better experience. Instead I have a cold dry piece of chicken jerky. The coke was flat and the fries were cold. The lights were all shut off over an hour before the store was scheduled to be closed but we drove thru just to check... Worst decision ever. Awful awful awful! I'm so frustrated! There were over six people working inside and nothing we received was anywhere close to fresh.

This poor Wendy’s is ALWAYS busy and ALWAYS short staffed. Might be because the Candelas teenagers are too boujee to work there. Food is always good though.
