We bought a food container from the website (it wasn't on the shelf at our neighborhood C &D) and although it was not the high quality product that we normally get from Chuck and Don's, our local store was happy to process a speedy return, no push back or questions asked. We're consistently impressed with the level of customer support that our local Chuck and Don's provides us.

I went to this location and I’m usually a fan of chuck and dons. But Ray, the tall guy made my day so much worse. He’s condescending, rude, and I could clearly hear him talking bad about me and my wife to his coworker. Everyone else here seems great, it’s pricey, but all because of one employee, I will never step foot into a chuck and dons again. He should be fired for treating customers that way, do better!!!!
