Exceeded my expectations. Hotel was super nice, staff attentive and professional and the location was perfect. All for less than what I typically spend for a Holiday Inn Express. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff here have been nothing but kind and respectful. I am in town to see my Father who is transitioning to 'senior' living. From Kimberly at the front desk that greeted me on my arrival to Patrick... just exceptional staff who are great listeners. Their compassion for me makes the place feel like home and the accommodations were exactly what I needed. Prices right now (everywhere) are a bit too high for my liking, but I will try to address this with their sales and management (Thank you Jessica!). I have to stay in town another week, and I cannot see staying at another location. The people staffed here have really made the stay a real joy. I can't see staying at any other location in Arvada when I come back this Fall.

We really didn't use any specific service. It was basically a night stay, pool n hot tub for 30min relaxation after boys soccer game, then home after an 8am game. The hotel was very clean, it looked very new so i hope they are able to keep it this way.

Positive: The Location works good for me and I travel here regularly. The rooms are fairly clean and accommodating. Cleaning staff is pleasant. Front desk staff is a mix of efficiency combined with youthful rudeness. Negative: I do not need the trouble of disputing a $100 charge which was never reversed.had a three-way call with my bank. The hotel said go ahead and dispute it. What kind of business practice is this? Third time I¿ve had similar problem here.
